Insta-crash upon clicking on profile

The app displays “Something went wrong. Please restart the app.” message and then crashes when I click on the bottom leftmost button. 
Tried several times, resulting in the same behavior.
Phone: iPhone 13
OS: iOS 26.0.1
App version: 1.4.24 (latest as of today 2025-11-12 Wed)

15 days have passed since my original report, 6 updates have been published, and the insta-crash still makes the app unusuable.

Do developers monitor this board, or am I complaining into the void?

With latest version 1.4.29 the insta-crash problem still exists, 9 days after the initial reporting and 2 updates later. This “bug” renders the app unusable.

Is anybody from the app dev team monitoring these bug reports?

I have same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G latest update G991BXXSHHYJ1

After upgrading to the latest version (version 1.4.26), the very same issue still persists.
