Adding an option to change measurement units from pounds (lb) to kilograms (kg)

For example, when adding Biomarkers > Weight > lbs.

The best solution would be to include a setting under Settings > Change Measurement Units for the entire app. This way, when viewing other people's stats, they will automatically be converted to kilograms or pounds, depending on the user's preference.
