Don't Die App Updates

I’m really disappointed that I’ve not received any form of assistance or support to my request on May 7 (to correct for app not functioning correctly).

The app did not register my sleep from my Garmin clock on night to May 7. According to my Garmin I slept from 20:36-04:43, minus 22 min awake, 7h 45min. It registered all the activities and the sleep the next night. What do I do? (I have a streak above 500)

I’ve walked 5,000+ steps per day lately and the app can see the amount of steps I’ve taken but it’s not showing the quests as complete or giving me the points.

Apple health does not sync steps and activities again. I can see it was solved before, but the problem persistes after the iphone update.

My sleep time is pulling through from my devices and even though for the day I am receiving a perfect score, in the points awarded, for sleep it only counts up to seven hours. Even is I resync my sleep time which is above 8 hours this does not fix the points awarded

I have correctly input all my data from my labs into the biological age section, but the scoring system is not reading it correctly. For example, my measurement says one thing, and then in the distribution section, it says my measurement is within a different range, and the ranges are way off. This is on over half of the biomarkers.

I see groups near me on the main clubs page, but if i go to explore and set a distance nothing shows up.

App is sending me notifications reminding me to go to sleep even though I have notifications turned off inside the app's settings.

The app displays “Something went wrong. Please restart the app.” message and then crashes when I click on the bottom leftmost button. Tried several times, resulting in the same behavior. Phone: iPhone 13 OS: iOS 26.0.1 App version: 1.4.24 (latest as of today 2025-11-12 Wed)
